Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Rotaract Club Skopje (Ротаракт клуб РТК Скопје), Dervish Cara 35, Tetovo 1200, North Macedonia, is responsible for the information handled through this website. Contact details are given at the end of this policy.
What information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, your email address, the subject and category you select, and the text of your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data and you should not send any.
How the contact form works
The contact form does not store anything on a server. When you submit it, your own email program opens with the message prepared, and you send it yourself. This means your message reaches us as an ordinary email, and the details are held in the club's email account.
Why we use your information
We use what you send us only to understand your enquiry and reply to it, and to organize any activity or volunteering you ask to be part of.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share it for advertising or marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
- We do not use tracking or advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the matter you wrote about, and deleted when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Photographs
Photographs published on this website come from the club's own archive and are used for organizational communication. If you appear in one and would prefer it removed, write to us and we will remove it.
Your rights
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask for it to be corrected.
- Ask for it to be deleted.
- Object to how it is used.
External links
Where this website links to another organization's website, that organization's own privacy policy applies to your visit there.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle information changes, this page is updated to describe the new practice. No date of a past revision is shown here, because we do not publish information we cannot verify.
