Partnerships and collaboration

We are open to working with organizations and institutions whose aims overlap with ours. This page explains what collaboration can look like and how to propose one.

We do not list partner names or logos on this website unless a partnership has been agreed and the partner has approved being named.

Ways to collaborate

Joint community activities

Planning and carrying out an activity together, with responsibilities agreed in advance.

Youth and skills sessions

Workshops or talks where an organization contributes expertise and the club organizes participation.

Volunteer support

Club members volunteering for an initiative run by another organization.

Venues and practical help

Providing space, materials or logistics for an activity that serves the community.

Institutional cooperation

Working with schools, faculties or public institutions on activities within their remit.

In-kind contributions

Goods or services that make a planned activity possible, agreed in writing beforehand.

What we look for in a partnership

A shared and clearly stated purpose, realistic expectations about what each side can contribute, and agreement on how the activity will be communicated publicly. We prefer a small, well-delivered activity over an ambitious announcement.

What we do not do

We do not lend the club's name to commercial promotion, political campaigning, or activities that are inconsistent with the principles of Rotaract. We do not claim endorsements or affiliations that have not been formally granted.

How to propose a collaboration

Write to the organization with a short description of the idea, what you would contribute, what you would need from the club, and a realistic timeframe. Proposals are discussed by the members at a club meeting, so a reply may take some time.
